2) MIX THE DOUGH

  • Add the following to the preferment:
    • Remaining Unified Mills Buckwheat Baguette Flour Blend
    • 350 g room temperature water
    • 10 g salt
    • If you used yogurt in the Preferment step, now add 3 g active dry yeast
  • Mix together to form a homogenous, wet dough.
