This blend of organic hard red spring and soft red winter wheats from Small Valley Milling adds a subtle earthy sweetness and a clean, round finish to everything you bake. Milled from locally grown wheat, it’s incredibly fresh, ensuring a smooth mouthfeel and moist crumb. Use Unified Mills All Purpose for pies, pancakes, biscuits, and more. 

Grown organically in Central Pennsylvania, our flour was harvested by farmers using methods that left the soil richer and stronger. Then it was brought down the road to be milled by the Steigman family at Small Valley Milling, artisans who built the mill on their farm three decades ago.

Small Valley Milling

Joel and Elaine Steigman started grain farming in central Pennsylvania in the 1970s, and started milling flour on the farm in 2001. Joined by their son Eric and long-time employee Matt Reed, they built Small Valley Milling, one of the region's only independent craft mills dedicated to specialty grains grown by local farmers.
